Our focus is attention to detail and working within your budget. We have extensive experience in multifamily design and new construction, working with A+ Property Management Companies to redesign offices, clubhouses, and model homes. We also have years of experience with working individuals seeking a new interior design, a refresh of their current home/apartment, or simply help in the selections of finish-outs for both interior and exterior projects, such as paint, flooring, lighting, countertops/backsplashes, and cabinets.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE DESIGN.
Catering to the client is our forte. Our DIT (Do It Together) package is designed with the client in mind, enabling you to be in control of the design aesthetic and budget. The LRM DIT package is structured around hours involved with the designer creation time, starting with an in-home complementary one-hour consultation to determine the vision your design. Once determined, a creative board is crafted, which can highlight and link directly to online product purchasing, such as décor, furniture, art, paint colors, flooring selections, light fixtures, and much more. LRM affixes no mark up on these items, so that our clients pay only the consumer price, and merchandise will be conveniently shipped directly to the home. The vision boards and selections are unlimited, only creation time and/or Zoom reviews are billable fees. Once completed, home staging can be arranged as placement is everything! At this time, we are unable to offer staging on vacant homes for single family residents.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
Your personal time can be managed more efficiently by allowing us to oversee any project at hand. We have existing relationships with quality contractors and can obtain quotes, predict schedules, and oversee all your projects and subcontractors. Self-managing a project can cost you hours of time and frustration. All can be avoided by allowing us to oversee all the management of your projects.
